Jahmal Cole, the founder of My Block, My Hood, My City, gave a speech at the City Club of Chicago on police brutality, community disinvestment, and addressing gun violence in Chicago. Cole spoke about the role poverty and segregation play in gun violence, as well as alternative intervention strategies. Watch the speech here.
